The hotel offers a 1st class experience. the standard queen room option was a great idea. the food provided was brilliant with a wide variety of dishes on the menu. the beds were comfortable and the room had amenities like a private safe, central heating, and a TV. We loved this quite, beautiful hotel at the beach. Clean and lovely, we will stay there again.

Units with a balcony. Competent, very very helpful people working here. Location next to the tulip fields of Leiden, which were breathtaking and Keukenhof gardens & the North Sea.

The staff is very friendly. the food is excellent. the location is perfect, close to Keukenhof gardens, the North Sea, and the Tulip Fields. No complaints at all.

We arrived very late after the restaurant had closed, yet the manager asked the chef to prepare us something. We had a delicious meal in front of the fireplace in the bar; it was very nice.

The bathroom needed updating; no shelf over sink for cosmetics, etc.

High-class place, I liked pleasant personnel.

The airport was 30 km away from here, magnificent location. The restaurant was very nice for dinner here, I had hot dishes.

The small double room was bright and had a balcony, which was perfect for our stay.

The breakfast here was excellent, offering bacon, eggs, cheese, and various juices, and the facilities were also very pleasant.

Room (#208) was not clean. Room was outdated (old) and absolutely did not match expectations (or the website picture) as regards a superior deluxe room. Let alone one for which one pays almost Eur 140 per night. Beds were uncomfortable and were basically two separate beds shoved together. Have the strong impresion that we did not actually stay in the superior deluxe room that we booked. All in all a very disappointing experience which certainly does not justify another stay in this hotel.

The property was clean and staff was efficient and polite. the hotel was just off the beach or the Keukenhof, Keukenhof gardens & the North Sea, and local restaurants.

Room was spacious. Location is great as it is near the airport and the beaches

Some of the personnel is untrained and some of the rooms still need refurbishing. In this summer the lack of airconditionning is evident.

The location was perfect. Quiet and peaceful.

People smoked on the balconies of the no smoking rooms. We couldn't sit on our balcony. We had to close the balcony door whenever there was smoke.
